Its Wednesday afternoon and its not yet 4PM and of course, not yet 11 PM. But today, its 11 PM brought forward for friends of DownUnder Coffee. There's Bob, Lilly, Alexis, Roger and Vivian. Everyone's, I guess ready to party even though the 11PM program is now reserved only for Fridays and Saturdays.

As the weather get colder, we've started to experiment with Vodkas - coconut vodka from Van Gogh, Absolut and others... Making your own signature drink is fun and you can do this at DownUnder (only for members, of course). How about a DU Vodka? Recipe (Ristretto + Absolut vodka + Hazelnut syrup + coconut milk). Its Absolutely delicious (can't taste the vodka, so the girls really love it, shhh...).
