Tea Connoisseurs
Tea Presso For some time now, a number of equipment manufacturers have been experimenting with brewing tea using the traditional coffee espresso equipment and now we can tell you that such a machine that produces consistent brews by the cup is in production and we are using one of these machines to produce that perfect cup of tea.Portion control loose fill tea is placed in the portafilter and put through the brewing/expressing cycle. Depending on the type of tea being brewed, the time it take to make a cup of tea can range from less than a minute to a few minutes. This is the teapresso! Add milk, add ice, add sugar and whatever else including alcohol, and there you have it - a new tea concoction!

Wine Reviews
Taltarni Fiddleback An unusual name for a wine as its origin lies in the native gums that thrive in the forests throughout Victoria's Pyrenees region. Known to the locals as Fiddlebacks, these trees are prised for their characteristic wavy grain.Taltarni Fiddleback Shiraz Cabernet - dark blood plum red. An array of cherry, raspberry and dark berry fruits with a whisper of subtle roasted coffee, complimented by oak. The palate has rounded, soft fruit flavours and an attractive middle palate, medium bodied.Taltarni Fiddleback Sauvignon Blanc Semillon - beautiful bright with green hints. A fresh summer wine with a fruity front palate and a refreshing flavour length.
Snack Recipes
The great pie icon Aussie Meat Pie Aussies love pies. In fact, we could claim that we invented it! The most popular is the Four’n Twenty pie, being sold in grocery, petrol and convenience stores and at sporting venues and events across the country. Synonymous with sport, particularly AFL & NRL, Four’n Twenty is the people’s pie and has been for more than 50 years. Just serve it plain or with a side salad. Simple. The name Four’n Twenty is derived from a story about King Henry VIII. Then entertaining guests, King Henry VIII would have 24 blackbirds placed in to the baked pie. When the pie was served at the dinner table, he would have the birds fly out of the pie.
